TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and Conditions, which incorporate our Privacy Policy govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the Site and your use of the Site. By browsing, accessing, using the Site or ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be made available on our Site. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by such revised Terms.
BODME ORDERS
Bodme is not responsible for a breach of obligation to supply the Product or for any delay in delivery, if the failure to supply of the delay in delivery is caused by matters beyond reasonable control. These include but not limited to, acts of government, national or international disaster or inability to obtain necessary supplies and any other “force majeure” occurrence.
SHIPPING
Shipment of our products is available Australia-wide using Australia Post with Authority to Leave. Authority to Leave means the Customer gives permission for the product to be left at the requested premises, whether anybody is available to accept the delivery or not.
Please ensure that an address that can accept a delivery during normal business hours is provided when purchasing products from our Site. You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You must enter the correct delivery address, if you enter an incorrect address, Bodme is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
Expected delivery times within Australia are 3-7 business days and we will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you. The expected delivery times are estimates only and Bodme will not be held liable for any loss or damage you suffer if the product is not delivered within the estimated timeframes.
We can ship internationally. Delivery times will vary depending on location.
PRODUCT RISK
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Consumer on the date and at the time that the Product is removed from storage for the purpose of delivery to the Consumer.
WARRANTIES
You acknowledge that the Products available to consumers on this Site require special maintenance. Bodme will not be liable for any damage caused by failure to maintain the product properly.
Please note that the colours of the Products may slightly vary from those displayed on computer screen.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The Product is payable at the time of the order.
All prices quoted on the Site or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Bodme accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Afterpay & via Paypal. After payment is made, we will email you an invoice confirming your receipt of order. We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Victoria.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Faulty Product Returns
We aim to provide you with products of the highest quality and standard. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team at info@bodmeaustralia.com within 14 days of receiving your item so we can assist you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as efficient as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send through images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us in assessing the product.
If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product. If the product is found not to have a defect and therefore is in compliance with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
It does not constitute as a defect if the product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully as due to order processing of the Site, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for change of mind.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
